Tattoo world is full of amazing designs, some are weird, some are cute and others are just useless. Well, the tattoo above falls somewhere in between. Though in which category in particular, that I’m not sure! I mean, why would someone scribble plain ‘inverted commas’ with no text to support? I feel, it has more to do with her personal life, more than a fashion statement. What’s your take?

Tattoo world is full of amazing designs, some are weird, some are cute and others are just useless. Well, the tattoo above falls somewhere in between.
